Meagan has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We initially liked her because she is so friendly and personable. We chose her to sell our property because she seemed genuinely passionate about real estate and extremely hard-working. And she certainly lived up to these initial impressions through the whole process of selling our property, proving herself to be a reliable, knowledgeable and committed agent, who was never too busy to answer our questions. We would have no hesitation in recommending Meagan and would definitely engage her for any property sales in the future.

Meagan's enthusiastic, energetic and reassuring nature had us in no doubt that we had made the right decision in regards to the best agent to sell our property. Especially considering our hesitancy in whether or not selling was the right decision at the time. She came highly recommended from a previous client who I knew well, and she lived up to all expectations. She was open, honest and always available to answer any questions throughout the whole process. With Meagan’s professionalism and guidance we were able to achieve a fantastic result and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell!

By the end of our sale Meagan was pretty much one of the family! Meagan was always professional and so lovely to come into our home. She went above and beyond our expectations to what a real estate agent is and does. Meagan was always open and honest about the sale process and made us feel comfortable selling at auction. For anyone who is wanting an agent who will achieve the best result for them then Meagan is the one!

From the first day I met with Meagan to discuss selling our house I knew she was the right agent for us. She is so professional, enthusiastic and easy to deal with. She knows the market and goes to lengths to get the best for her client. She was always available to answer any of our queries. A few hours after our first open house we received our first offer. After that Meagan did what she does best and secured us a great price, much better than we expected. We would highly recommend Meagan to anyone.

After having already met with other agents prior to meeting Meagan, I was confident from the start that I would be comfortable working with her and that she would do all she could to achieve a great result for me. Meagan maintained a professional manner throughout all interactions and she was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the process. I would certainly engage Meagan if I were to ever sell again and am confident in recommending her to anyone looking to sell.

We had three appraisals on our home when we were considering selling, but the clear standout was Meagan. She was warm, genuine and thorough. She knew the local market like the back of her hand and offered many examples of recent success stories to share with us that were very encouraging. Once appointed, she kept us well informed of her many excellent strategies and in the end got us the best possible result we could have hoped for with the sale. Meagan operates with integrity, strategic quick thinking and has a deep understanding of the market. Her service is never ending as well, with her going above and beyond to try and help us secure a new home following the sale. We hope to work with her again in future and will continue to recommend her to family and friends.

I’m extremely grateful to Meagan and Shannon from Place for the effort and care they have put into my first house sale. They have exceeded my expectations throughout the process with their regular communication, honesty and professional opinions in all aspects of the sale. They are problem solvers and have helped me to achieve a sale I am proud of. I absolutely recommend both Meagan and Shannon and look forward to working with them again in the future

Meagan is a fantastic agent. From the minute I met her, I felt comfortable and knew she was the right person to bring our home to the market. Meagan genuinely loves her job and loves working with people. She knows the market, and doesn't stop smiling. Her guidance as I prepared the house for auction was clear and simple, as she could rely on her wealth of knowledge and experience. Meagan made me feel like I was her only client and her first priority, even though I knew she was very busy. She kept me up to date, was always contactable and prompt with her replies. I couldn't have had a better experience working with Meagan. The result was fantastic - better than expected, and I would highly recommend Meagan.

We recently brought Meagan in for the sales of our 4 Brand New Houses at Dartmouth St Coopers Plains. I’ve worked with her on numerous occasions previously and she had always delivered great outcomes for us, so it was an easy decision. Meagan is very personable yet professional and always delivers great outcomes for our projects. She is also supported closely by her team at Place who assist managing the entire aspect of the sales process including contracts, inspections, staging and handovers which ultimately provides an amazing experience for buyers and a hassle free delivery for sellers. 5 Stars as always and couldn’t recommend highly enough, and already working closely with her for our next projects around Brisbane.

I had the pleasure of meeting Meagan in my own search for a new home. Her friendly and bubbly personality is what attracted me in engaging her to list my own property for sale. Meagan was clear in the path we would take to get the property on the market and I was confident in her abilities and network that we would get the best results - and we certainly did! Meagan is more like a friend than an agent and you can be sure she has your best interest at heart. Nothing is ever too difficult, and more importantly Meagan and her team made the whole process fun! If you're thinking of selling, I would definitely recommend Meagan! Making A Move? Definitely Make it Muir!
