We have had dealings with Purnell's for some years and more than happy with Nick. He knows the area very well. Our property was on the market for only one day before it was sold. Nick made the sale go very smooth. We were more than happy with the fuss free sale experience. Would recommend Nick.
Having bought several properties over the years we knew we’d need a real estate agent with a proven track record of getting buyers into homes fast (and getting them a great deal, too). Nick aced this. From our initial interactions with Nick when we knew we had found, via his excellent marketing skills the perfect downsizer in Griffith, to our first inspection and right through to our pre settlement inspection with him; Nick’s professionalism and client focus was faultless. Nick is really a genuine guy and although he was operating on behalf of the seller, as buyers we still felt he had our best interest at heart. He was always contactable and available, even after the sale he helped out with a few things that he didn't really need to. If we decide to rent out a property or sell in the future, Nick is and will be our first point of call. We have had a great experience with him in a challenging property market during a Pandemic and we are thankful. If someone we knew was looking for an agent to sell a property in the area, we would recommend Nick without any hesitation.
Nick is a great communicator, clear and precise, during the negotiation process he was great, open and honest feedback.
We both bought and are selling property through Nick and he has been enthusiastic, honest, extremely accessible, responsive and most importantly showed the utmost integrity through both processes. Couldn’t recommend him more highly. It’s also been great to work with a local family owned Canberra business who Are so genuinely passionate about the area and what they do.
This is the second time we have utilised Nick's skill set to sell a residential property of ours and we were again extremely impressed by Nicks ability to go beyond the normal standard of other agents and to work hard to find a result in extremely challenging circumstances and unprecedented market conditions. Couldn't recommend Nick and his team's services any higher and look forward to working with him again to continue to acheive excellent property outcomes.
We had a very positive experience using Nick. He was accurate in his market assessment. He sold our property promptly for the price we expected. He dealt seamlessly with the sale logistics. I would recommend using Nick.
Nick had great knowledge of the Market! He was very professional, friendly and extremely easy to deal wit! Nick was available at all times and kept us up to date with all that was happening with the sale of our property! I have and will continue to recommend Nick to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property! It was a pleasant experience dealing with Nick Purnell

Nick was an excellent agent. He kept us in the loop at all times and helped us to get a good price for the sale of our apartment. We were very happy with him. We have used Purnell Citywide previously and have always been pleased with the level of their service.
Smooth and professional from start to completion.
Nick seemed well versed in the properties similar to the one that i was interested in purchasing, and in other properties in Kingston. He was always prompt, friendly and respectful.
