The WhatsApp communication was tops. You don't have to wait for someone to pick up telephone calls and any correspondence was answered in a timely fashion where all agents were all over what was going on with the property. Open houses were a breeze with consultation from the agents as to what times suited me. The agents had a solid grasp on what was happening in the market and dispensed their advice accordingly, which in turn played into negotiations on the property.
