I watched Owen and his team in auctions by attending them over recent years. What attracted him for us was to see the way he worked bidders at the auction. His ability to do so convinced me he was the best for the job on sale by auction. He knows the market and is realistic in his expectations. Owen was very clear on his expectations, even when his views were not attractive, but he worked hard on everyone to achieve a great attendance on the day.
