My partner and I recently completed the purchase of our first home, a townhouse in Maylands, which we happened upon almost by accident as we were viewing another unit in the area when we walked past the billboard on the street advertising the property. I'm also aware that Avenue One made (a lot) of phone calls back and forwards with the seller on our behalf during the negotiations, so that was extremely helpful for us. Finally once settlement day was achieved, Peter handed us the keys, along with a gift of some nice bottles of wine to welcome us to our new home! It was a fantastic day for us both.
