James and I met Peter about 5 years ago at a home open in our unit complex- he subsequently gave us an inspection and valuation of our unit on the spot. Peter was very personable and provided lots of real estate and local market knowledge. Over the next few years Peter stayed in touch and was always willing to answer questions around the Maylands market and provide good advice. I never found Peter to be pushy or insecere - as some real estate agents can be. When we did decide to sell, Peter made the whole process very easy and streamlined. Peter has been great right from the start. He listens and has given good advise on how to improve the property's presentation. He liaised with the tenant for home opens and special viewings so everybody was happy and informed. I know some company's offer a service without advertising fee's but I don't mind paying if you have someone that will work as hard as Peter to get the right price and keep everyone politely informed.
