Peter has been my most trusted source of information regarding the Perth real estate market for over 15 years now. Not only has Peter always managed to secure great sale prices on my properties, even when the market has been shaky, he has only ever been 100% honest and realistic in all of his dealings. Qualities hard to come by in good a real estate agent. I always recommend him to all my friends and family. Thanks Peter!!
Excellent. Peter followed up throughout the inspection, purchase process and afterwards as well.
Peter's experience and professionalism was invaluable in the sale of my apartment. I would highly recommend him. I found him to be hardworking and to carry out his work with integrity. Throughout the time on the market he kept me informed and also gave me advice after when I was looking to buy.
When I first time meet Peter, I know he is the right agent I would love to go with, another important thing is the house he sell is exactly what I’m looking for, he has been very kind, helpful and efficient. Finally I got my first home in my life, thank you Peter.
Thank you Peter Anderson from Avenue One, for your professionalism from start to finish of selling our property in Maylands (an offer within 2 week, resulting in sale). Starting with a true/fair appraisal, to organising photographer, advertising, to open home and settlement, thanking you for the constant updates it was great to be kept so well informed of the whole process. Best of all it was always your friendly voice at the other end of the phone to deal with our enquiries. We truely recommend your service.
Peter was excellent, a great communicator, very friendly and so good at his job and sold our property within the time frame he predicted.
Peter met me at a home open, which resulted in our apartment purchase settling this week. He has been extremely professional and prompt whilst engaging and never pushy. The whole process has been very easy and felt like it was on our terms rather than feeling pressured.
Peter was the real estate agent for an apartment we recently purchased in Maylands. Peter was very proactive and quick to respond to all of our queries and attend to necessary repair works, whether it be weekday or weekend. We were very happy with Peter’s pleasant and approachable attitude.
Peter was excellent in the way he handled every thing. We had purchased just before a vacation. Peter kept on top of everything, settlement etc. So when we got back, All we needed to do was sign off on everything. I would most certainly recommend him for your next sale.
Peter is a consummate professional. From the time we met, whilst the property was listed, and throughout the sales process he continued to give us consistent feedback and updates. He is courteous, polite and followed up constantly. We were never in doubt that he would find us a buyer, and he was focused on getting us the best possible outcome. He and his team come highly recommended.
I have known Peter Andersen of Avenue One Property for nearly 10 years. In this time he has sold 3 of my homes in 2010 Elsmere Road Mt Lawley, in 2010 Sixth Avenue, Maylands and in 2019 Peninsula Road Maylands. Every sale was made easy by Peter’s attention to detail and frequent communication. His friendly phone calls kept me sane during the stress of actually selling and moving. Peter is a totally trustworthy, friendly and positive agent - always patient and optimistic, who I will recommend to everyone.
Peter is one of the best selling agents we've dealt with. He's very friendly and very good at updating us with the status of the purchase throughout the whole process to settlement. He provided a very good service that we decided to proceed with his company to manage the property.
