I have used AB property services to sell my property thru recommendation from friend! Wish I had trusted reviews on google! Atul and Jeet are great at trash talking and convincing vendors to agree on the certain price point and creating panic by showing lack of buyer’s interest in your property that was put for sale! They somehow want to achieve a number in their sales target so BEWARE! Biggest disappointment and surprise came to my way when he used the bank valuation (which I sourced to him) which they apparently utilized by showing it to buyer (to convince them) to buy the property. In my personal experience as a buyer, I have never seen any other Real Estate Agents undervaluing and undermining their client’s (vendor’s) property by showing bank valuation! Unfortunately, I was fallen in a trap to sell my property at a wrong COVID-19 pandemic time (and never received an accurate timely advice from them). It is an unfortunate, as I should have re-considered my decision based on the situation and would have compared other real estate agents in my local area. Anyways, if you are thinking of selling around Doonside/Blacktown (Greater Western) area I would NEVER recommend them and suggest you re-consider your decision without getting into their BIG promises and commitment, at least give yourself an opportunity to compare with others agent. Ensure you read T&C’s of contract before signing it off and take fair bit of time or an extra day or two to go through line by line items of the contract to avoid repercussion. Better to find local agent in your area.

Atul was highly knowledgeable of properties sold in the area. He was consultative from the first meeting about how best to take the property to market and the options available to me. We put the market on right before Covid-19 and Atul was able to shift our go to market strategy accordingly. He kept me informed along the way and ended up getting me a result that I didn't see on the horizon once Covid-19 came into play. His communication with the tenant was also first rate, with the tenant happy to work with him to arrange one off viewings of the property. He was persistent and persuasive and got the best result possible. I would not hesitate using Atul again if I was to go into the property market in the Western Sydney area.

Jeet, atul and Minh Do are professional are easy to deal with, professional advised to proceed with house sell. I put my house on sale for two weeks and they sold my town house with expectation of my house values.
