I am the type to ask plenty of detailed questions, but thorough the sale process from start to settlement, Yogesh and the ABP team were extraordinarily patient with answering my questions and concerns. I really appreciated their responsiveness, practical support and willingness to talk things through. Yogesh was even in touch with me when I had a difficult question while he was on holiday, which is a gesture above and beyond. ABP was also my property manager and I was happy with them. The PM team is always quick to act on feedback from me or the tenant, and where big topics appear Atul is ready to jump in and advise the owner and his own team with his experience. They also know their market well, which makes a difference because they can give market specific advice (property condition, sentiment, demand/supply) instead of generic "this is how the market feels like" type answers.
