I had a really great experience working with Yogesh, Shammi and her team. They worked so hard throughout the whole process and really cared about getting me the best result. Yogesh and the team were great at following up with buyers and knew exactly how to negotiate without being too pushy. They kept the pressure on in the right way, which helped get buyers to come back with their best offers. I honestly think that made a big difference to the final sale price. Shammi and Yogesh were both responsive, responsible, and patient. They’re always happy to answer all my questions, kept me updated, and made the whole selling process much less stressful. Atul and Yogesh are experts in their field, and did an absolutely amazing job of selling our unit in Parramatta. They obviously know their stuff, as well as understand well the people they are interacting with - both buyers and sellers. They were very quick to understand my needs as a seller (the only agents who did and who actually bothered to read and check my brief!), and were helpful with advice and assistance without being pushy. Their communication is excellent, and I was kept fully informed through the entire process. The property sold within 3 weeks at a record price, well above and beyond my expectations, although in line with theirs. Which shows they are the experts! Yogesh was excellent across the sales process for my investment properties. He was closely involved with both 6/18 Wigram Street and 7/141 Good Street, and is also helping with the current work on 8/7 Hart Street. What stood out was his local knowledge and practical sales judgement. For Good Street, he gave a clear appraisal, supported it with relevant comparable sales, and explained the buyer market around Harris Park and Rosehill in a way that made sense. The sale result landed well within the range he identified, which gave me confidence that his advice was grounded in real market knowledge rather than guesswork. Wigram Street achieved a very strong sale result, and Good Street also moved through to exchange at a good outcome within the range the team had identified. The process was not always simple, with tenants, strata information, documents and timing all needing to be managed, but Atul’s team kept momentum and stayed focused on getting the deals done. I also appreciated the practical, commercial approach. They understood these were investment properties and worked through the real issues that matter to owners: presentation, buyer confidence, contract timing, tenant access and follow-up. On Hart Street, they have already been proactive in identifying presentation issues and explaining what needs to be fixed to protect the sale result. I would recommend Atul to other property owners who want an experienced agent with strong local knowledge, a serious buyer network and a clear focus on achieving a strong sale outcome.
