Atul and Yogesh are experts in their field, and did an absolutely amazing job of selling our unit in Parramatta. They obviously know their stuff, as well as understand well the people they are interacting with - both buyers and sellers. They were very quick to understand my needs as a seller (the only agents who did and who actually bothered to read and check my brief!), and were helpful with advice and assistance without being pushy. Their communication is excellent, and I was kept fully informed through the entire process. Atul and the AB Property team have done an excellent job across multiple investment properties for me, including 6/18 Wigram Street, 7/141 Good Street, and the current work on 8/7 Hart Street.
