He went out of his way recommending experienced good trades people to make everything run smoothly and to a high standard preparing the apartment properly for sale within a short time period. He listened to what we wanted to achieve which was a high quality finish and presentation and value to reflect the refurbishment compared to others in the current market. He attended the open times and understood both buyer and seller to achieve good outcome for both parties.
