Very happy with whole sale experience with Sam. He knows the unit market very well and helped me make decisions around the sale process Excellent support team who solved any and all issues as they arose most promptly I highly recommend him to any as a most reliable and trustworthy agent

Sam and his associate Andrew Tran were very kind in keeping us in mind and looking out for the right property for us - eventually matching us up with the right property before the seller put it on the open market. They were very helpful and responsive to queries throughout the buying process.

Sam and his team excelled!! Sadly with a suppressed market we settled for less than what we had previously thought we might achieve.

As soon as we told Sam we were selling he already had some options for us ready to go. He achieved a higher price than we expected and were completely happy with the process. happy to recommend.

Sam, Andrew and Tessa were excellent to deal with from beginning to end, particularly during Brisbane's COVID lockdowns. They made the process of purchasing my wonderful new home a breeze. Communication was paramount and I was not disappointed.

Sam was easy to work with and was realistic and honest, a rarity in the field. Would and have already recommended to others in the same situation.

We had an excellent experience working with the team. They got in contact with us straight away when the apartment dropped to our price range, and made the process of buying swift and easy. The communicated well, which was excellent as this was our first home and we were unsure of the full process. They really looked after us and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Sam helped us in getting the best deal for our new apartment. He is very active in communication between his client and buyer. He had gone an extra mile and provided us with a gift card to cover off some of the BPC issues, in order to take the deal to successful settlement. He is also very friendly and we could open up about our requirements, he is very patient and doesn't push anyone. We're delighted to purchase our first home through Sam and we highly recommend him for properties related matters.

Sam was great to work with! Nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent. Sam and his team made sure our apartment purchase was hassle free and professionally managed. No one better if you’re buying in Spring Hill!

We had spoken with Sam previously and found that his knowledge of the area was very good, and that is why we went with him and his team. We had an offer on our first open, not where we wanted it to be, and we thought it would go nowhere. Sam persevered over the next couple of weeks and got that offer up to a figure we were happy with. His advice to make sure our apartment was presented and promoted well was of importance for a quick sale. We would recommend Sam and his team to any prospective seller.
