We had spoken with Sam previously and found that his knowledge of the area was very good, and that is why we went with him and his team. We had an offer on our first open, not where we wanted it to be, and we thought it would go nowhere. Sam persevered over the next couple of weeks and got that offer up to a figure we were happy with.
