Finding the right Agent to sell / manage your property is a big decision and there are certainly a lot of options. Originally we were deciding between renting or selling the property and had been dealing with Lynette at Space Property re renting options. The professionalism and service given by Lynette was excellent and she referred us to Sam in the Sales section to assess our options in the current market. Without any sales pressure from Sam we did make the decision to sell. We have dealt with many property sales over the years and this would be the first time we have experienced such a high standard of service to a seller. Sam was in touch with us on a regular basis and he handled many small tasks that needed addressing but were inconvenient to us because of logistics. Sam, again, congratulations on your new addition to the family and thank you for your excellent service. You have certainly raised the bar for all other Agents. We would not hesitate to recommend Sam and his team (thanks taylor) to anyone considering selling their property.
