Straight forward buying
This was a pretty quick purchase for us. We reviewed the apartment on Friday whilst the photographer was taking photos for the listing. Second viewing on Monday, offer monday night, negotiation tuesday and exchange tuesday night. Most importantly Nic was totally transparent in the process.No further viewing of the property by others were made whilst we finalised the deal. No trickery, very straight forward and we were very happy with the process and value, given the current dynamics of the market.

Very unprofessional service
Whilst I was only buying the property I experienced an extremely unprofessional service, both the vendor and myself. Michael and his team were too busy chasing media attention for the sale. They gave very specific private details to the SMH so they could get a write up which was both embarrassing for the vendor and myself. If you're going to use them be prepared for Michael to contact all media outlets to discuss your private matters.

Immediately high interest at the inspections
Nick Gittoes has an excellent knowledge of the market. I was guided by him in what work needed to be done to prepare the property for sale so as to appeal to a broad audience. That work was completed by their recommended tradespeople with a great result and there was immediately high interest at the inspections. Nick went on to help me prepare for a drama free auction. A complete professional with a team to match!
