We found the presentation from Nick as the best in covering a substantial digital campaign exposing us to local, international and interstate buyers. Nick was detailed in every way. From how we presented the house for open inspections to the immediate follow up with prospective buyers throughout the campaign. We were always updated personally by Nick so we knew how the campaign was going as well as seeing the feedback after each inspection. Nick was totally committed to ensure we had the best chance to achieve our goal and was always considerate in what we wanted. The fact we hit a record price for that category in our area was a testament to the detailed planning, diligent follow up and hard work Nick put into the project.
