Nick provided excellent information based on market knowledge and his experience. I felt confident in the selling process and was very pleased with the outcome in these uncertain COVID 19 times. Dream Team
We recently sold a property in Cremorne with Adrian. In a time of uncertainty and lockdowns Adrian was able to get our place on the market within a few days of meeting. He organised styling and storage and kept us up to date very regularly on the progress of enquires etc. Despite the challenges of Covid, Adrian was able to sell our apartment quickly, for the right price and to the right people. Adrian and Eliza were a dream to work with and I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to sell.

Delightful agent, painless process!

Michael is a skilled professional
Michael and his team were a pleasure to deal with. From the very beginning they made helpful suggestions for the presentation of the house and they organized the stlying that resulted in the house being at it's best for filming and the opens. Michael kept us well informed about what was happening and their feedback after each open was excellent. I'd use them again.

Adrian Bridges, Michael Coombs and their team at Avnu did an exceptional job of selling our late father's apartment in Mosman under very difficult circumstances i.e. just after the Covid-19 lockdown came into effect. We were given great advice and names of excellent contractors which allowed us to present the apartment in the best possible light.
