Monique did a fantastic job selling my home. She worked hard, holding more OFIs than I expected. Monique has a very positive outlook and is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Monique to anyone thinking of selling their home.

Thanks Monique for our recent property sale, communication throughout the entire process from the initial presentation, listing and subsequent sale was excellent, I felt that I was kept well informed and up to date with everything that was happening. The market has been challenging for a while but with Monique's persistence we navigated through this and ended up with a solid result.

Monique is a polished professional! She communicated with us every step of the way which was extremely important to us. She is honest, punctual, organised, and has an extensive knowledge of the sales process and the local market. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or purchasing a property.

Selling a rental property has extra issues because opening times and individual visits need to be arranged with the tenant. Her wealth of experience as a sales agent was cleary evident. Monique was able to navigate what could have been a tricky situation in a calm and respectful manner with the tenant. More importantly I am really pleased with the sales result and the short time in achieving it.

Monique was an absolute gift to my family after a prior not so nice experience with another Agency. She has restored my faith in this industry with her honest, attentive and thorough manner... From the very beginning to the absolute finish line Monique has never missed a beat with her incredibly professional and lovely service. I have nothing but praise for Monique and Barry Plant Boronia...

Monique and Janae, from Barry Plant Boronia, were superb during the entire process of the sale. Before, during, and after the whole process, they advised, helped and supported us through very unfamiliar territory. Our home was sold in a couple of days, and, considering how Market prices have fallen lately, we received an excellent price.

Monique and Janae form Barry Plant, Boronia, where an excellent help while selling our house. They are extremely friendly and always willing to listen and discuss any issues. They went beyond what I would normally expect for help to sell the house. I had 7 agents come and look at the house before selling. Monique stood out with her knowledge and friendliness. Monique and Janae were a great help and I would definitely recommend them if buying or selling.
