Selling a rental property has extra issues because opening times and individual visits need to be arranged with the tenant. Her wealth of experience as a sales agent was cleary evident. Monique and Janae form Barry Plant, Boronia, where an excellent help while selling our house. They are extremely friendly and always willing to listen and discuss any issues. They went beyond what I would normally expect for help to sell the house. I had 7 agents come and look at the house before selling. Monique stood out with her knowledge and friendliness. Unfortunately due to health reasons we had to see the family home quickly but for a suitable price that would pay for the continued care of my Mother.
