Overall, Belle Property under Brendan Pomponio is the best agency in the Northern Beaches. There is still an element of unnecessary sales pressure speech to the whole process, but still the best in the Northern Beaches (and most of Greater Sydney, to be honest).

Nick and the team did an outstanding job. Clear communication and a great result in the end.

Nick and his team are an exceptional group and the attention to detail they constantly show is a testament to why they are the best on the beaches. They worked hard to get us the best price in a falling market and we’re delighted with the result.

Nick and the Belle team in general are the most professional, thoughtful, engaging and honest team I have come across. After many years buying and selling properties as a couple, and having also been intimately involved in the industry from a building, design and media perspective I cannot nominate a better team.... and this is coming from a recent buyer not a seller.

As ever, Nick and his team were professional, organised, and lovely. This is our 2nd time working with them and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thanks team!

My whole experience with the Belle Property team was faultless. From Veronica, Marilyn, Dani, Harrison and Nick, they were exceptional with timing, kindness and courtesy. I thought Harrison was excellent. He was always on time for showings and put me at ease every time. A wonderful young man and Nick was also wonderful and did the negotiations perfectly.
