Harrison was really professional and shared all pros and cons regarding the property. He handed all negotiations with the vendor very fast as we had strict deadlines and had to exchange contracts without delays. It was a very positive experience and it was a pleasure to communicate with Harrison and Belle Property Dee Why team!

Harrison was so kind and patient throughout the whole experience. This was my first property that I was purchasing and it could’ve been the most stressful and daunting process but he made it so easy. He was respectful and always available to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with him!

Brendan is a remarkable agent. In fact I wish everyone selling property could experience what it is like to work with such a talented, authentic and honest person. Brendan is genuine and understands the value of building real trust with clients. He made a personal. commitment to our house sale, and stayed committed throughout an 8 month process, achieving a strong result in a difficult market. Brendan surrounds himself with a like minded team, all of whom were professional and courteous. Those whom we observed working closest with Brendan clearly enjoy working with him, and we observed first hand how he coached and supported his team. As a result we experienced a fantastic team effort, which even included the recommended conveyancer, who was readily available on a Friday night to exchange contracts.

Nick and the team were exceptional every step of the way which was even more helpful during a shifting market.

Can’t fault Nick and his whole team. Professional, caring, always made sure I was kept informed. Everything was handled efficiently and it was good to know I could phone anytime I had a query. Nick was very skilful when dealing with potential buyers and did a brilliant job under trying conditions.

I am so happy I went with Brendan and his team. They guided me through the entire campaign in what was an extremely difficult market and I am very, very happy with the result they achieved for me. What could have been a very stressful time was made less so by the professionalism and care shown to me by Brendan, Emily and Charli.

We highly recommended Nick and his team if you are looking to sell on the Northern Beaches. It was a professional experience from start to finish, with constant communication and guidance along the way. We felt we had the right advice, support and expertise with Nick’s team and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to sell.
