100% Trust and Knowledge
Nick’s reputation proceeded himself and we were not disappointed. There was no need for us to shop around for an agent. From the moment we met Nick we knew we had found the right agent which is why we put our full trust in Nick. Selling the family home of 18 years could have been stressful, instead it was a very easy process. Nick organized a team of experts to guide us and we could not have been in better hands. It was as simple as saying yes or no (I think mostly just a yes!) and signing a document or two. There was no need for us to shop around or to organise anything other than finding the right agent in Belle Property. We did not even have to invest much time as his team organized everything. This means tradespeople for the renovation, building inspections, conveyancer etc. It was such an easy process and it was made even easier knowing we could fully trust our agent and his recommended processes. Basically we could sit back and watch things evolve. Nick’s knowledge of the area and its current market as well as his expertise gave us excellent results and the feeling we could not have had a better outcome. We will always be grateful! Belle Property were recommended to us. From first meeting with them we had no doubt that we found the right agent. Selling the family home could have been a stressful experience. Instead this turned out much easier than expected. We put our full trust in them and were not disappointed. Belle Property had a fantastic team of experts on board who handled everything. We basically just had to say yes or no and let them do the rest. Like organizing tradespeople, conveyancers, stylists, furniture hire etc. Belle Property Dee Why has a great reputation and Nick Duchatel knows the market so well that we knew whatever he recommended was the right way to proceed. This had resulted in a great outcome that we are very happy with!
