Josh was outstanding in helping us find the perfect family home. His friendly, enthusiastic and motivated attitude really complimented his ability to find us our beautiful new home! Really glad we had the opportunity to purchase a home through Josh and his team, they made the process so memorable, easy and exciting.

Nick (and his entire team) is so lovely - from the moment we first met him, he was approachable, understanding and easy to talk to. We felt very supported throughout the transaction by his team and every concern we had answered quickly. If you are looking to (buy or sell) we would highly recommend Nick and his team.

A massive thanks to Nick & his team for handling the sale of our home, they took of the stress out of the process for us & only 2 open homes needed to get it done ???? Thanks a million.

Nick and his team were fantastic to work with. They listened to us, understood our situation and worked with us to achieve the result we did. There was never any pressure or hard sell. From the outset we were impressed by Nick’s approach and his knowledge of the local market. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with on the sale of our property.

Nick and his team have done a professional job with my property. Special thanks to Josh and Marilyn and all the others working behind the scene. Would highly recommend using their services for any sale and purchase.

We couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Going above and beyond our expectations is a understatement, open communication of what was happening with the sale of our house was what we appreciated. I would definitely be recommending Belle Property to my friends.

It wasn’t the easiest time to sell but working with Harrison and Nick (as well as the wider team) has been fantastic. They’re highly professional and good people all round.

Harrison, Nick & Jess were excellent to work with. Their genuine, courteous and professional manner contributed towards a great experience for both us and the buyer. In our initial meeting they had prepared a month long marketing campaign before they even secured the job as our agents. Working with Belle was a 10/10 experience and we are incredibly grateful to Harrison and the team for all their hard work. We will be using Belle again to sell any future properties.

Harrison was engaging, highly professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Both Nick and Harrison have been awesome. Pulled out all stops to get the sale in the difficult conditions of wet weather everyday through the sales campaign and issues with the body corporate.
