Property was in the market for 2 weekends and 2 midweek open house including a couple of private viewings. After each open house or private viewing, I will get a call from Steven, followed by a report. Steven was quick to make an early and fairly good assessment of potential buyers. With his knowledge of the market, his liaison with potential buyers and understanding my position I was comfortable with the plan to sell before auction date. During the negotiation stage, this was handled most professionally with a genuine interest of both parties I felt. Steven worked diligently and had a contract signed late into the evening.
