Their strategy for the sale was to ensure the best price for the property and although the property did not sell at auction, there was no concern that it would not sell! They simple moved onto the next phase of the plan. Negotiations were intense at times but always tilted towards obtaining the best price. James and Jade were easy to communicate with, available at any time, returned all correspondence promptly and no problem was too small to discuss.
