James, Steve and the team were exceptional communicators, being open and honest about expectations early and running us through the process step by step so we knew what to expect. They organised the photoshoot of the apartment and even helped with styling given we did not want to pay for stylists / didn't have time with the campaign turnaround. We had a lot of disruptions along our process due to issues with solicitor, potential buyers changing their minds, and a softer residential market given the AU Budget / rate hikes... but Steve and the team did not miss a beat in communicating relevant changes to us and coming up with a plan to move forward. We had a Whatsapp group chat which we used regularly, and they always picked up the phone when I called, or called me with updates as they came through in real time. This was even the case when I travelled to the UK for work during the campaign for two weeks, with Steve and James both keeping me in the loop with all developments. They were able to come up with solutions on the go for complex problems regarding solicitor availability and one buyer pulling out of their offer unexpectedly, which gave me and my partner a lot of comfort through the process. The team at Belle are very good at thinking on their feet and having realistic expectations, and backing themselves to get an outcome which we did. In terms of sale price, it was in line with my expectations given the market has softened, but they were able to get a good price for the backdrop. They were also very generous when we sold the place buying us a bottle of champagne and celebrating the sale. Really appreciate the hard work and glad we went with Belle Property. Could not be happier with they way the team handled the process and will definitely be using them going forward. Would highly recommend using Steve, James & the team if you want to get a good outcome, be kept fully in the loop and enjoy the process along the way. Well done team!

Both Simon and Kim kept us well informed regarding the prevailing and moving market conditions and the necessity to meet the market during negotiations with prospective buyers. Considered advice was given with respect to the presentation of the property, and they were most professional and informative in their reporting during the selling campaign.

We went to James as he had sold another property in the block 2 years ago. We had a particular time frame to complete the transaction to meet the requirement of regulatory and financial management. James understood our need well and started early negotiation with potential buyers. He feedbacked timely the buyer response and market development update, enabling us to make decision on sales. The property were sold even before it was listed so we saved costs on advertisement and avoided uncertainty due to market fluctuations. We really appreciate James' professional service and we would obtain his help in future transactions.
