It was a pleasure having you and Feona helping us with our move. You both made things efficient and professional and always answered our queries no matter how random. Many thanks to you both and we will have no hesitation recommending you to anyone seeking to sell or buy a property. Nadja and Stephen Hughes.

I had been trying to sell my property for over a year, constantly spending money on upping my advertising- I took the chance and changed my agent to Dane Stanley. In a tough marketplace like Mandurah is at the moment - I was amazed at the increase in the amount of people who came through the Villa - weekends/midweek - Dane brought a new energy to the place and within 2-3 weeks it was sold. I am very happy with Dane's communication and business integrity. Happy to recommend Dane to anyone.

We can wholeheartedly endorse our real estate agent Chris Butterworth to anyone looking to sell their home in the Mandurah region. Chris is one of those rare people who has genuine enthusiasm for his work as a real estate agent and yet maintains his entegrity throughout all of his dealings with both sellers and buyers. Chris is friendly and respectful to everyone he meets and exudes the confidence necessary to get the job done. We cannot thank Chris enough for his efforts in selling our home in currently a very tough market. We wish Chris every success for the future. Kind regards Kim and Kay Lynch
