Having to sell my parents house under difficult circumstances was very trying, however Chris really made the whole process so much easier to cope with. His knowledge of the industry is second to none and his friendly and professional manner was very much appreciated. Chris always kept us up to date and informed along the way and we have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable agent who will get the job done, thanks Chris! :)

We are delighted to recommend Chris Butterworth from Century21 in Mandurah. We were very comfortable relying on Chris's advice about both price and presentation when selling our holiday house recently. We anticipated a well-thought out marketing strategy and were confident of a good outcome. But Chris went the extra mile to show potential buyers through the house before the home open and succeeded in securing an offer within two days of listing. It was an offer we were more than happy to accept. We found Chris to be a person of integrity and commonsense. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

Chris was great from the start, the whole process was smooth and professional. Upon completion of the sale he was still available for questions and leaning on him for a bit of local knowledge which will be very helpful. No hesitation in recommending him.

Chris gave his time working to sell our home. He was punctual and answered our questions and phone calls quickly. He promised to sell our home and did so in three weeks. (Unlike other Estate Agents who did not get in touch when they have promised to.) Chris' paperwork was always up-to-date and every week we had written reports as to how the property was going (re phone enquiries, hits on the internet etc). We recommend Chris as a SUPER Agent and his Company.

Chris was friendly and knowledgeable about the property. He gave us the time we needed to be alone to review the house and was able to answer all our questions.
