Left all issues that were noted in pre inspection and needed fixing till the last day before final inspection. Never fixed them all and left to us to fix. Told us he was going to get all issue/problems fixed after settlement but never did. Not a pleasant experience leading up to settlement. Doesn’t return phone calls to address issues. Nothing more to be said.

We were interviewing for an agency to sell our rental home. I’d talked to several agents and stumbled upon Chris’s advert on face book, I’d also noticed his for sale signs in the area. So I arranged an interview in the home we wanted to sell. Chris is a local and knows the area well. We had already prepared the house with new paint and appliances so the house was ready for sale. Chris made a good pitch for our business and I liked his energy. After some discussion we got back together with Chris to talk about signing up with him and his terms. I said to Chris I wasn’t going to pay the full agents fee and I wanted a discount. I laid it out to Chris and told him this was going to be easy for him and the house presented well. Chris agreed and gave us a sizable discount which helped pay for the advertising. Two weeks later we had an offer but it was low. Chris came to present the offer to us and said I have a surprise for you, I have now got two offers on the table at once. This couldn’t of been better. The second offer was close to our asking price and we accepted the offer. The house sold and settled 6 weeks later. Great job Chris on a quick sale.
