Casey exceeded all my expectations as a real estate agent. He kept everything simple and focused. There wasn't a moment when I didn't know what to expect next. I felt confident in him from the beginning and I was never left hanging or wondering. It was a very smooth and enjoyable experience with great result. Selling a house is supposed to be one of the top 5 most stressful experiences. Not with Casey! Our property wasn't strata titled, making it harder to sell, but that never impacted on Jesse's professionalism or enthusiasm over our 4 month campaign. Well where do I start . ! Selling a home is an emotional experience for most . Casey sold my father's home of 70 years . I asked him for an appraisal even though I was not an executor as I as hoping to relocate back to Sydney and Dad's place was a great position to all services and my needs .Alas that did not eventuate but he keep me abreast leading up and during the sale more than my siblings who were the executors .Diplomacy plus for Casey . As a prospective and ultimately successful purchaser I found that ,as the Vendors agent, Casey was knowledgeble about the property he was offering, communicative, clear and very engaged with the sale. Though working for the best interests of the Vendors, he negotiated ethically and fairly with me and enthusiastically encouraged me towards making an offer which was finally acceptable.
