I am acting as the executor of my mother's estate and arranged for 3 agents to submit proposals on the sale. The 3 price ranges for the Manly unit were significantly different, in fact the lower end of Jesse's range was higher than the upper end suggested by the other 2 agents (even though 1 referred to it as a conservative range). We then sold to a couple introduced by Jesse, without doing any of the suggested word or spending a cent on marketing. We didn't quite got to the highest price in Jesse's range but, given how high his range was, we were very happy with the price obtained. We have another unit to sell and will definitely be using Jesse.
