Spring is a wonderful and caring agent who took the time to explain to us the particulars around selling our apartment during a difficult COVID year. She also managed to negotiate us a very good price in a time when other apartments had been on the market for months and months. Thank you, Spring, for looking after us.

We would like to thank Spring for her high level of communication between us and the purchaser. Spring's advise regarding negotiation of the final purchase price lead us to the understanding that we achieved a good market value for our property. We would have no hesitaetion in recommending her to future clients.

Spring recently assisted with the sale of my property at 940 Canterbury Rd, Box Hill South VIC 3128. My wife and I found Spring to be very friendly, extremely competant and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was an issue for her and she was always smiling. We believe her expertise, presentation and all round presence helped with the sale of our property. We would recommend Spring to anyone looking to sell their property as she is a true professional in her field. Should you require any further details on our eperience with Spring, please do not hesitate to contact us. With regards Jodie and Mark Jones.

This is the 2nd property Mark has helped us sell and we would only use him again in the future. The entire process was stress free, we were kept up to date with all relevant information and at no point felt pressured. We highly recommend Mark as an agent.

This is the second house twenty years apart that David and John have sold for us. We trust them and have great confidence in them They give that “bit more “always.

No-one bid at the start of the auction until one bid at the auctioneers estimate. Mark tried hard to encourage other bids by outlining the attractiveness of the property. The price went up slowly. When we said we’d sell at a very low price, the bids came faster
