He was also a great source of service provider contacts which made getting the necessary works done (e.g. repainting, carpeting, etc.) so much less stressful than it could have been otherwise.

Jeremy actually sold us this house 29 years ago, so it seemed fitting that he was the one to sell it for us having raised our 3 kids there and ready to downsize. He managed our price expectations well from the outset and gave us practical advice on what did and didn’t need doing to prepare the house for sale. We took that advice, and it paid off. The opens were well attended, which was particularly impressive in a falling market, and Jeremy ran a strong campaign that got genuine buyers through the door. We had multiple bidders at auction and achieved as good an outcome as we could reasonably have hoped for in the current market. Jeremy is experienced, easy to work with, straightforward and knows the local market very well. We were very happy with both the campaign and the result, and would happily recommend him.
