I had an excellent experience with Michael when selling our family home in December 2021. The house was on large corner allotment in Ashburton, ideal for development. Michael was instrumental in using his connections to get prospective developers both interested in the property and to attend the auction. On the day of the auction, Michael worked hard to ensure the best possible outcome for my mother, including negotiating an extension of the settlement period to enable one of the developers continue bidding the auction.
