Hi, Just had a great sell with Trent managing multiple vendors, all with differing agenda's, drop outs and the challenges of it all. We have known Trent for a long period of time in selling our homes as well as a couple of investment properties. FYI the rental management team with Ryan are also great. Believe me you can't go past this guy, honest, understanding and empathy as he tries to get a win win for both sides of the fence in a very nice way.
