No surprise Trent is rated as No 1 Selling Agent

This is my second time dealing with Trent in a property transaction. I purchased my unit in Point Frederick 3 years ago through him and there was no doubt in my mind when I decided to sell, Trent would be my agent. He is a professional, straight shooter. The market is a little all over the place at the moment with interest hikes and a war but he still got me what I needed to move on with my life. I have and do highly recommend Trent to anyone who will listen. But his stats also speak for themselves.

Outstanding!

Trent was exceptionally professional. My elderly father recently moved to aged care, leaving the family to sell his home of 13 years, a stressful process. Trent gave us great advice on how to prepare the property for sale (including cleaning, painting and styling), resulting in a sale price above our expectations. I have the highest regard for Trent Mullen, both as a person, and as an agent

I first met Trent when the villa being built for us at 40 Wattle Street, East Gosford happened to be adjacent to units being constructed at 38 Wattle St, for which he was the agent at the time. A couple of minor issues ensued at the time, which Trent got sorted quickly and professionally, I could not have been happier with the way he handled things. Later, when the time came to sell my residence, Trent was central to achieving a sale very expeditiously, and beyond my expectations. I have always had the highest regard for Trent as a person, and now he has confirmed that opinion and reinforced it by his professionalism in the sale of my villa. Trent has my highest regard, both as a person, and also as an agent.
