Honest, Hard working and Personable

We put our house on the market while we were travelling around Australia, so choosing the right people to work with was really important. Trent Mullen made the whole process so much easier. He kept in touch the entire time, was always coming up with ideas and different strategies and kept us updated without us ever having to chase him. He often called after hours, always got back to us, listened to what we thought and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Trent is honest, hardworking and easy to deal with. In a difficult market, he achieved a good outcome for us and we really appreciated the effort he put in from start to finish. We’d happily recommend Trent to anyone selling or buying their home. Quick sale, top price

This was the second occasion I’ve had Trent sell a property for me. Both occasions the sale happened within a week of going live on market. This most recent sale sold within 3 days only to have buyers pull out during cooling off period forfeiting their initial deposit. Trent put property back on market and sold at the same top price within another 3 days. Obviously knows the market well and gets it sold quickly. Thanks Trent

Personable, useful advice
