This has been my first experience of looking for a home and luckily enough to buy a home. Looking for the right property was terribly frustrating and I was exposed to many different agents. I can safely say that Blake's professionalism is 100% and he was able to negotiate in a calm fair manner between the owners of the property and myself as the buyer. I was very comfortable dealing with Blake. He has excellent communication skills and is always prompt in his reply.
