Every aspect of this property purchase was excellent. The presentation on the web, the information provided both on the web and in the brochure anticipated most of our questions and the market research was spot on. As our interest developed and investigation intensified every phone call or email request was given a response within hours. Every request we made of the vendor was addresses within 24 hours. Stephen and Ingrid ensured we were comfortable with the process at every stage. We have brought and sold a number of properties in the past and all our experiences with agencies have been good but this experience with Stephen Gittoes and Ingrid Osborne has been outstanding.

Ingrid really took her time to find out what we were looking for in a property and gave us some great advice regarding finding the ideal acreage! She worked hard to secure the best outcome for us and her vendor, and we couldn't be happier with the result! Thank you very much!

We had a great experience selling our house with Richard, this was the first time we had sold a house so we were unsure of the process and Richard made us feel confident and at ease from the very beginning. Richard is professional, honest and very approachable, we will definitely be using him again.

You know you're in the hands of a very good agent when other agents from competing businesses recommend them! Ingrid is first class and even though I search for a negative to balance an objective opinion, I can't find one. Her professionalism is second to none. If I was selling a property in the area again she would be the first person I'd ring.

My experience with purchasing property listed with Gittoes at East Gosford was good. Trent Mullen was particularly helpful during the process. I found Trent to be understanding, positive with good communication skills and a professional manner.

Without Blake as my agent to sell my mother's property, I would not have achieved a great outcome from a very difficult situation. I had to organise the preparation and sale of the house whilst I live and work in the Central West - and then unexpectedly there were costly complications when a substantial portion of the house had to be rebuilt following discovery of structural issues. Blake was endlessly helpful, professional, diligent and extremely knowledgeable about the Real Estate market, local tradesmen and procedural requirements. I was able to depend on Blake for assistance, and trust his judgement at a time that was particularly difficult - it was a long process with a great outcome and I am very happy that I was lucky to have Blake as my agent. I would recommend him to any prospective clients, and I wish him all possible success in his career and in his personal life. Thanks Blake.

Trent did an absolutely amazing job selling our family home. The house did not even end up going onto the market. His market knowledge, communication skills, credibility and negotiation skills were fantastic. He is one in a million - honest, trustworthy and very professional. We would recommend Trent and Gittoes Real Estate to anyone trying to buy, sell or rent a property on the Central Coast. Thank you so much Trent and the Gittoes team for all your hard work.

If I were asked to define the standard from a clients viewpoint of the quality and skills an agent should have to be successful I would give Richard as the best example. Having sold 7 properties this has been the best agent experience todate and no doubt Richard is having and will have every success in the future. All the very best Richard
