I have never bought a home before and found the process of looking very frustrating as was dealing with some of the agents with results often being disappointing. This has been my first experience of looking for a home and luckily enough to buy a home. Looking for the right property was terribly frustrating and I was exposed to many different agents. I can safely say that Blake's professionalism is 100% and he was able to negotiate in a calm fair manner between the owners of the property and myself as the buyer.
