John was fantastic in every part of the sale process. Great communication and very knowledgeable in the market trends and building aspects as he is a former builder himself. Can't rate him high enough or give him enough thanks for the experience

I was very impressed with the way Malcolm managed the sales process and communicated so effectively with not only me, but family who were looking after things in Townsville for me. As I was in Perth. We had 2 contracts in 3 weeks and were settled by Easter; whereas, an identical unit to mine in the complex sold for $15,000 less after it was on the market for more than a year. Malcolm was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him.

Malcolm was fantastic with the sale of our Mount Louisa home. He had multiple offers on our first open home and was negioted with the buyers by the second open home. Time was important to us and Malcolm got our house under contract in just over a week. Malcolm was helpful in all aspects of the sale and ensured the whole process was a smooth as possible as we where in the process of moving interstate. I can't speak highly enough of Malcolm he is a genuine and professional agent and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him. Thank you Malcolm John and I are very grateful for your hard work to ensure a quick and smooth sale of our first home.

We recently purchased a house in Townsville and Tammy was our estate agent. Originally we looked at a unit but ended up not making the purchase, Tammy was extremely helpful with information on body corporate fees and how the whole unit thing worked. When we showed interest in the house we eventually purchased Tammy was exceptional, she is friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble, she was genuinely interested in helping us get the best value and was prompt with paperwork when we went ahead with the purchase, there were no issues what so ever and the transaction went through wothout delay. We would use Tammy again if we ever wanted to purchase another property

Tammy was excellent to work with. She kept up communication brilliantly and was understanding of our personal interests in regards to the sale. She was easy to get a hold of when we needed her and was very flexible with appointments to suit our needs!
