Adrian is a doer, he is well connected locally and brings these connections to buyers and sellers

I first dealt with Adrian when I purchased an investment property. Adrian acted honestly and with integrity throughout the process. He represented the seller well and was very responsive to my requests. When I went to sell the property I sought the services of Adrian and again, he represented my interests extremely well. He understands the market, was able to navigate issues that arose throughout the sale with the buyers obtaining a good outcome for me as the seller. I would happily recommend him.

Excellent communicator with extensive local market knowledge

Sam was the first person I thought of when I decided to sell my house as he was the estate agent who organised my purchase of the property several years ago. The purchasing experience was totally painless because of Sam's personal qualities and his professionalism. His extensive local and marketing knowledge, his engaging personality and his honesty were all apparent to me the first time and I figured I couldn't improve on this experience. We had planned initially to sell the property by auction but in the intervening period major world events gave us some doubts as to whether an auction was the best way to go. Thanks to Sam's foresight and very well developed negotiation skills we managed to sell it beforehand for a price that I was happy with.
