Great Experience

Selling Made Simple — Thanks to a Brilliant Team!

We had such a great experience selling our home with John Mendo and the Harcourts team. From the very beginning, John made the whole process feel easy. Excellent knowledge of the area.

Rosalyn was very professional, her communication was timely, informative and relevant. She kept me up to date regularly and assisted with many unforeseen and unusual circumstances with the sale of the property. The recent changes by the government to Capital Gains and negative gearing made the sale difficult.

Great comms, pitched a higher mark and delivered

Adrian delivered exceptionally well on this sale. He was accurate in reading the market, ambitious with securing a good market price and very communicative throughout the process. His market knowledge was strong, he embraced the additional complexity of selling a DHA home and didn't let anything de-rail the process. Being from interstate, he handled everything proactively which was a bonus. He provided a higher sale bracket than other agents when we were going through the engagement process, and was able to deliver the sale, which significantly exceeded other agents' ranges.
