From the moment we expressed interest in a property John Mendo was very responsive in addressing our enquiries, he took calls after working hours and was genuine and transparent in providing details on the property. John referred credible people in ensuring the contract and building inspection report was carried out in a seamless manner. He is a man of his word and it was a real pleasure working with John in purchasing our property. We would certainly work with John Mendo in the future.

John has been amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond the call to help assist me in the sale of my house in Townsville - I live in perth. There was never a time that John didn't take my call - at all hours and I'm sure he was hating me by the end of all the millions of calls hehehe .... Would recommend his services to anyone. Many thanks John for your outstanding customer service

As this was my first time buying a home I found Tammy to be really informative, helpful and always made it priority to return my phone calls or obtain answers to questions I had promptly. I would reccomend Tammy as an agent for any sale or purchase. She made the purchase a breeze and the lovely bottle of Moët when I picked up our keys was such a nice gesture. Thanks again Tammy !!

We bought our dream house from Tammy. She answered our call after 6pm on a Sunday and arranged for a private viewing the next day. Tammy was professional, caring and knowledgeable. After our experience with Tammy, we decided to list the home we were moving out of. Tammy is the most hard working agent and a real straight shooter. She was a absolute pleasure. It took us a while to secure a sale but Tammy stuck with us the whole time. We highly recommend Tammy :)

When purchasing my property, John Mendo was extremely helpful with providing measurements on request, any inspection times required and was always prompt with responses in assisting with my decision making process and the negotiations for the purchase. The house was always in immaculate condition and the owner was very 'home' proud which made it a lovely experience all around.
