Exceptional communication, pro active in a professional manner and trying to achieve the best outcome for both buyer and seller. Pat has gone above and beyond in helping with not only the sale of the house, also in getting the property ready for sale and after the sale assisting where he could.

Thank you Chris Long time in the making, but that’s what it’s about. We gave a commitment to each other a long time ago, and we are glad you supported and guided us to fruition. Excellent effort to yourself and Ben. Kind regards Mike,Elizabeth & Lucas.

We had the best possible experience with Jerri while selling our home. From the start Jerri worked so hard to get the best possible outcome all while being such a pleasure to work with. Whether it was organising tradies, cleaning the skirting boards or mowing our huge lawn, Jerri and her team went above and beyond to present our home in the best possible way to get the best outcome. Could not recommend her higher.

We first met Jake as when we purchased a property and he was the selling agent. We had such a great experience as buyers that when it was time to sell our investment property we spoke to Jake who was enthusiastic, realistic and really wanted pushed to ensure we were getting what the house was worth. He knew we wanted to sell it quickly and got the marketing campaign live within 3 days. He regularly gave us updates about enquiry level and many times did the negotiations to get offers to the best possible price before bringing them to us. He gave us confidence that he’d done everything possible to get us a great offer. I’d recommend friends and family to Jake for their future sales and hope he’s still in the industry when we go to sell the next time.

I have no hesitation in recommending Pat, he is an honest agent, who is down to earth and related extremely well to us as his clients. Since he is local, we trusted his expertise to get our home sold, which he did quickly and efficiently with a high level of reliability, communication and compassion. We always felt he was in our corner and had our back. Thank you Pat, you are a great agent and an even better bloke.
