We first met Jake as when we purchased a property and he was the selling agent. We had such a great experience as buyers that when it was time to sell our investment property we spoke to Jake who was enthusiastic, realistic and really wanted pushed to ensure we were getting what the house was worth. He knew we wanted to sell it quickly and got the marketing campaign live within 3 days. He regularly gave us updates about enquiry level and many times did the negotiations to get offers to the best possible price before bringing them to us. He gave us confidence that he’d done everything possible to get us a great offer. Ross' experience in real estate proved to be very beneficial with the sale of our property. It wasn't the usual "property" to sell. He always made himself available for that call from a prospective buyer that came out of the blue. And that last one was the buyer! He kept us informed and also set realistic goals. I'm sad we won't have any more property to sell! But, when we buy again, he would be the first I go too..
