We had such a great experience as buyers that when it was time to sell our investment property we spoke to Jake who was enthusiastic, realistic and really wanted pushed to ensure we were getting what the house was worth. He knew we wanted to sell it quickly and got the marketing campaign live within 3 days. He regularly gave us updates about enquiry level and many times did the negotiations to get offers to the best possible price before bringing them to us. He gave us confidence that he’d done everything possible to get us a great offer.
