Professional, Open and Honest
Pat was open with us from the beginning of the selling process. This was the first time we were selling a house, and Pat guided us through every step. He was open with us about expectations and we felt like he was the same with the potential buyers. Pat never pushed us to sell or to take an offer, he gave us some pointers and respected our decisions when we made them.

Always positive and realistic
Ross' experience in real estate proved to be very beneficial with the sale of our property. It wasn't the usual "property" to sell. He always made himself available for that call from a prospective buyer that came out of the blue. And that last one was the buyer! He kept us informed and also set realistic goals. I'm sad we won't have any more property to sell! But, when we buy again, he would be the first I go too..

Highly recommend
Pat and his team were excellent to deal with start to finish. All aspects of the selling process were covered from styling the property and getting the best out of an effective marketing campaign. Communication was excellent with regular updates on open homes and giving us the information to make an informed decision.
