Very good experience from start to finish.
From the beginning Pat was determined in selling our property quickly and at the sale price we desired. Pat would regularly keep us updated throughout the entire process; from the open homes all the way through to settlement. There was a never a time we felt misinformed. From the moment our property was listed for sale, Pat had a handful of interested buyers. 2 weeks later our property had sold to lovely couple for a sale price we were extremely happy with. We were very impressed with how Pat was able to sell our property during the Christmas period. All in all, Pat’s service was comprehensive. He was able to deliver us what we wanted in a short period of time. If you’re considering selling your property, big or small, we deeply recommend Pat’s services!

Seller of house in Wellington Point
Ross was a true professional from start to finish who was very reliable and easy to work with considering we were interstate. His experience helped us smoothly and quickly get the house ready for sale with contacts for pool certification, staging of the house, etc as well as the photography and marketing. A great buying experience
Pat has a great knowledge of the area around the 4152 postcode, providing a local's perspective on advice and recommendations for us to consider throughout the purchasing process. Communication flowed easily and it always felt the interests of both parties were considered. Pat and his team were flexible enough to always ensure someone was available for afollow up private inspections. A great real estate agent.
