I found David warm, friendly and professional from our first meeting. I liked the fact that he did not 'put down' other real estate agents like some other agents that I met with. Davids experience and knowledge of the market was outstanding. He outlined a marketing plan for our property and step by step instructions to make it easy! I really liked the fact that I was able to text message, call or email him and he always replied promptly. His communication was excellent, I never had to 'chase' him. I felt very comfortable around David, and trusted him completely. David achieved the upper end of what we expected to get for our property in 12 days! An excellent result. I was extremely happy with David, and would recommend him to anyone selling a property in a heartbeat.
