David made buying a house an enjoyable experience. The whole process seemed simple and stress free. Everything was explained in normal terms. He was extremely helpful when it came to inspecting the property for a second time and helpful when organising our Pest and Building inspection. Very happy with all the interactions we have had with David. He definitely didn't come across "pushy" or "full of himself" as we had experienced with other real estate agents. Straight up guy. Would definitely recommend David to others and would use his services again if need be.

I found David warm, friendly and professional from our first meeting. I liked the fact that he did not 'put down' other real estate agents like some other agents that I met with. Davids experience and knowledge of the market was outstanding. He outlined a marketing plan for our property and step by step instructions to make it easy! I really liked the fact that I was able to text message, call or email him and he always replied promptly. His communication was excellent, I never had to 'chase' him. I felt very comfortable around David, and trusted him completely. David achieved the upper end of what we expected to get for our property in 12 days! An excellent result.
