My house has been valued in the past by David many times as the previous owner wasn't sure if it was the right time personally to sell. He gladly gave his time and expertise in viewing and reporting. The house was sold to me privately so David received no payment for his time. I need a fast sale without a lot of expense. My house block was still in the process of subdivision, the storm water was still being fixed (there was a digger in the back yard) and the fences weren't up yet.
