We are completely satisfied with everything Katrina has done for us , the for sale signs went up one day and the house was sold the next day , Katrina did what two other real estates were unable to do in the 12 mths they had the house . Katrina is an exemplary agent. She is a model of efficiency, has great interpersonal skills and is extremely diligent. In our case she was always ready to go well beyond the call of duty to ensure not just a sale, but happy and very well satisfied customers. We found her to be sincerely empathetic with a difficult situation, sought regular feedback and ensured continuous movement even during a busy public holiday. She provided excellent service including that often overlooked but essential part of moving from one area to a distant location, a comprehensive list of potential local service providers. Her staff were amazingly helpful and highly motivated to ensure that all our questions were answered and that all access was conveniently obtained. Due to professional circumstances I have moved house about 11 times and have required the services of agents in most cases. Many were helpful, some lazy and a few downright unethical. Katrina is at the top of my list for ethical treatment, conscientious and effective service and thoughtfulness well beyond expectation. On settlement we received a beautifully presented gift box containing a range of local products and a card book of local service providers, usually with one or two choices in each category. I only wish all real estate agents could strive to attain such high standards.
