Good Job, Katrina!
We selected Katrina largely because she was so enthusiastic about the house, even though she is more expensive in terms of commission. The marketing plan, including a great video was targetted and well executed. On the final day she handled two bidder extremely well. Communication was excellent.

Warm, passionate, outstanding one of a kind can't be matched ❤️
Katrina is a unique warm friendly passionate outstanding real estate agent it would be impossible to match her. Other agents should take her lead and the real estate industry would be a much better place. We love ❤️ Katrina we can't reccomend her highly enough 😘

Great first experience
First time dealing with a RE Agent, Katrina was very quick in dealing with negotiations. She was patient and understanding of my situation and allowed enough time to tie it all together. Very happy!

Such a roller coaster!
Sorting and then getting my father's home to market was a roller coaster of emotions, dirt and toil. Through it all the smiling Katrina was there with kindness and enthusiasm. In fact all the staff at the agency went above and beyond to make our experience the best that they could. The knowledgeable and calm way that all sorts of issues were handled was brilliant. Without hesitation, I would recommend Katrina Boehm Real Estate Agency to anyone who values personal service mixed with professional presentation. Thank you Katrina and Team...We know who we will be calling in the future.
