Great service
we found Katrina and her team very easy to work with. She was very prompt in her responses to our requests for information, was available beyond the standard 9-5 hours, very courteous and professional . Although technically working for the seller she showed great service to us as buyers. Highly recommend

i got lucky twice
i flew up to ballina recently to look for an investment property as now sydney is out of the question...after viewing a few units in ballina which looked nothing like the photos online , i wondered how some agents sleep at night.. the photos Katrina supplied online were exactly as the property looked ..Katrina and support staff have been professional and prompt in all communication since placing a deposit ..thank you all again ! i fould a great investment and a trustworthy agent !!
