While I was looking for my investment property got 2 houses inspected via Saj. Firstly most of other agents would deny a video call/inspection and say will send videos, however this guy goes out of the way and ensures he takes out time for you to have video inspection done. Secondly while offering, discussed about my needs, budgets, pre-approvals etc and I haven't seen any other(4-6 others) doing it. He goes an extra mile to ensure he leaves a delight for seller and buyer both. I had a bit of challenges during settlements but that is to do with seller nothing with which Saj could help. Got high regards for him and also referred and connected him to other friends of mine who shall be investing soon. Kudos Saj and keep rocking the RE market with same passion. Sky is the limit !

After having an earlier Agent from another Company have a look around & give me a suggested sell price, I was lucky enough to have a chat with Veronica from LJ Hooker at the house for sale. She walked through, made notes, told me a few things I should do to enhance the asthetics, which I did. During the chat she gave me an initial sale price to advertise on the market, but to my surprise, by the time we finished talking, she was very enthusiastic, very positive the house would sell and so, suggested to put a "from" price on it. We had our 1st open the Sunday after Easter. There were 13 groups come through, 4 offers on the day, 2 written offers on the Monday and a contract on Wednesday. So, sold in 3 days for well over the expected price. She has been in constant touch with any updates, procedures, changes etc. My wife and I could not have asked for a better company or Agent to deal with. It has certainly lifted my opinions of Realestate Agents. I can recommend LJ Hooker Thornlie and ask for Veronica.

We then appointed Saj, and we had three offers presented in a matter of weeks.The sale of our property was completed within a month of appointing Saj.
