After having an earlier Agent from another Company have a look around & give me a suggested sell price, I was lucky enough to have a chat with Veronica from LJ Hooker at the house for sale. She walked through, made notes, told me a few things I should do to enhance the asthetics, which I did. During the chat she gave me an initial sale price to advertise on the market, but to my surprise, by the time we finished talking, she was very enthusiastic, very positive the house would sell and so, suggested to put a "from" price on it. We had our 1st open the Sunday after Easter. There were 13 groups come through, 4 offers on the day, 2 written offers on the Monday and a contract on Wednesday. So, sold in 3 days for well over the expected price. She has been in constant touch with any updates, procedures, changes etc. My wife and I could not have asked for a better company or Agent to deal with.
