After having an earlier Agent from another Company have a look around & give me a suggested sell price, I was lucky enough to have a chat with Veronica from LJ Hooker at the house for sale. She walked through, made notes, told me a few things I should do to enhance the asthetics, which I did. During the chat she gave me an initial sale price to advertise on the market, but to my surprise, by the time we finished talking, she was very enthusiastic, very positive the house would sell and so, suggested to put a "from" price on it. We had our 1st open the Sunday after Easter. There were 13 groups come through, 4 offers on the day, 2 written offers on the Monday and a contract on Wednesday. So, sold in 3 days for well over the expected price. She has been in constant touch with any updates, procedures, changes etc. My wife and I could not have asked for a better company or Agent to deal with. It has certainly lifted my opinions of Realestate Agents. I can recommend LJ Hooker Thornlie and ask for Veronica.

Saj was to the point, he didn't tell us 'what we wanted to hear', he told us how it was. He was upfront about what the seller was likely to accept so there was no need for counter offers. Although his promise that the seller would accept our offer was looking a bit 'shakey' for a little while, we didn't budge and it was eventually accepted. Happy days!

As an interstate vendor Veronica used electronic signing and sending of documents, this was of real assistance to me. Veronica kept me informed at every stage from appraisal, homeopens and dealings with prospective buyers. I feel she handled the purchasers will skill and care. The appraisal price was realistic as demonstrated by the selling price being very near to the appraised. I would not hesitate to use Veronica's services again.
