Professional and very understanding of my needs

I have no hesitation in recommending Nathan as my experience with him was problem free. I found Nathan both knowledgeable of the market, patient, reassuring and kept in contact with me at all times. Once my property was listed he opened every weekend and also brought buyers through mid week till my property sold. He assured me that the right person would turn up which happened. Very professional, sold within four days at a higher-than-expected price.

I found Nathan very easy to deal with and able to deal with complications, such as the seller acting as a plenary administrator for the owner. I had the benefit of his current market knowledge and price positioning. Having used Hooker agents before, this reconfirmed my appreciation of their training and professionalism.
